• National Coverage: We deliver to all regions across the Kingdom of Morocco.
• Standard Delivery: 24 to 48 hours for major urban centers (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier) once payment is validated.
• Regional Delivery: 48 to 72 hours for other regions.
• Urgent Requests: Same-day delivery may be arranged for emergencies within the Casablanca region.
• Cold Chain: Specialized transport provided for products requiring temperature control.

Payment Methods

ULTIMED is a B2B distributor. We do not accept credit cards on the website. Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank Transfer (Virement Bancaire): Secure transfer to our corporate bank account. Details are provided on your Pro-Forma Invoice.
• Cash on Delivery (Espèces): Accepted for orders below the legal cash limit in Morocco.
• Check (Chèque): Accepted subject to prior account validation and credit approval.

Returns and Warranty

Professional Returns: Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Please inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

Claims: Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty: Equipment comes with a standard manufacturer warranty. Consumables are guaranteed until their expiry date if stored correctly.
